	Survey conducted four times a year (April, July, September and end of the year). This questionnaire is sent only to the growers.			The information requested in this survey is needed to prepare the September report on vegetables contracted for processing. Response is voluntary and not required by law. However, your report is needed to make the estimates as accurate as possible, even if you do not expect any production.
