This information is requested by the Department of Agriculture in conjunction with the California League of Food Processors. If contracting is not yet complete, data on probable additional acreage and tons to be acquired would be appreciated. Response to this survey is voluntary and not required by law. However, a report is needed from each processor to provide reliable information of value to the industry. Information from individual firms will be kept confidential with only county and State totals released. The results of this survey will be available May 30 after 12:00 noon.
