I am writing to ask for your input on a statewide fuelwood survey titled the “state Residential Fuelwood and Post Assessment.” The study asks about your use of fuelwood during the past year. The study is being conducted to assess fuelwood harvest and use. The survey is being conducted by insert organizations.

Your household has been randomly selected for this study. We ask that the questionnaire be completed by a household member age 18 years and older.
Your participation in the study is voluntary and your answers are private and confidential. Only the overall results will be reported. Your name will never be associated with the answers you provide.

This study has been conducted in the past as well, so these survey results will be compared to past studies to monitor trends. The most recent survey prior to this one took place in year.
