Survey Participant Reminder Postcard No. 1

Dear Brother/Sister,
About 10 days ago we sent you materials for a survey concerning work schedules and
sleep patterns of train and engine passenger service employees. The number of
participants will determine the validity of the study results. Therefore, BLET/UTU is
counting on your participation in this important study. Your response will help provide
the statistical data necessary to better understand and mitigate fatigue-related issues
specific to our craft.
If you have decided to participate, I thank you. If not, I hope you will reconsider. Upon
completion of the survey, you will receive a $75 gift certificate for your participation.
