The changes were requested in July 2006. They are not intended to expand the applicant’s obligations, but to clarify (i) what we mean by “transaction participants” and (ii) that the consent does not include post-approval information. There are no new questions or additional obligations.
We also deleted the Note to application before Item I and made minor changes to the wording. The changes are highlighted in yellow.
