Activity Letter “AM” - Alternative fueler that produces an alternative fuel mixture that is sold for use or used in the alternative fueler’s trade or business.

REGISTRATION TESTS – ACTIVITY “AM”

1. The applicant must meet the activity test under §48.4101-1(f)(2).

2. The applicant must have a satisfactory filing, deposit, payment, reporting, and claim history for all federal taxes of the applicant and any related person (as defined in §48.4101-1(b)(5)).

1. Describe the type of alternative fuel mixture that the entity will produce for sale or for use in their trade of business.

2. List the type of taxable fuel and the monthly volume of taxable fuel bought for producing an alternative fuel mixture.
