alternative fuel mixture that is sold for use or used in the
alternative fueler’s trade or business.

The
applicant must meet the activity test under §48.4101-1(f)(2).
The applicant must have a
satisfactory filing, deposit, payment, reporting, and claim
history for all federal taxes of the applicant and any related
person (as defined in §48.4101-1(b)(5)).
