Hello, my name is [state your name] and I work at the Battelle Centers for Public Health Research and Evaluation. We are working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to obtain feedback about a Comprehensive Hepatitis C Counseling and Testing manual that CDC has developed.

At this time, we are recruiting participants/venues that would be willing to review the manual and provide us with feedback on its usefulness and recommendations for improvement.

If you agree to participate, we would also like you to use the manual at your discretion with clients/patients whom you would normally talk to about Hepatitis C. A face-to-face interview to gather your feedback will be conducted at a place that is convenient to you.
