The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is conducting an online survey
regarding program recipients' current and potential future uses of E-rate
funding. This survey will be used by the FCC to determine how to best
address the educational and technological needs of schools and libraries
in the National Broadband Plan and as the FCC makes policy decisions
for the E-rate program.
This survey should take approximately 20 minutes and is voluntary. The FCC
values your feedback and requests that you take the time to complete the survey
in its entirety and, if necessary, consult with others within your
school, school district, or library to obtain the necessary information
to respond to the questions.
The survey is being hosted by Harris Interactive, an independent national
marketing research firm, best known for "The Harris Poll". Your survey
responses will responses will not be released beyond the study team and your
name and your school's, school district's or library's information will not
appear in any written reports. Additionally, your name and your school's, school district's or library's information will not be associated with any response or comment you choose to make about the program. The survey data and findings will
be reported in aggregate form only.
Please note that you must use the link that is provided for you in this
email to access the survey. This survey can be completed in more than
one session if you need additional time to answer some questions or
have to consult with others. Do not share the survey link with others
as each URL is unique. Also, please do not try to access the
