Short Statement: This is a revision of a currently approved information collection. Burden request is 118,635 annual burden hours. Due to errors during the last renewal, the current approved burden should have been 121,572. This is an increase of 116,349. This increase is due to adjustments due to erroneous data entry in ROCIS. However, due to consolidating all the IC's into one the decreased is reflected as a program change.
