Attached you will find the survey instruments for the collection project listed above. The OMB process begins with the publishing of the 60-day notice. The supporting statement is not created until the 60-day period has expired and will undergo numerous changes until a final draft will be ready for submission (usually a 6-9 month process). We will be happy to provide the statement once it has been finalized.
