Subject: NonSubstantive Changes for the International Price Program

(IPP) Survey

In the recent clearance of the International Price Program, OMB control number 1220-0026 was consolidated into OMB control number 1220-0025. Some of the forms submitted with the package for clearance still contained the OMB Control Number 1220-0026. In addition to the removal of OMB Control number 1220-0025 from the forms, a few other minor updates have been made to the forms.

The updates to the forms are as follows:

Attachment 7A (repricing form/cover sheet)

1. Replaced the logo on the cover sheet with the DOL seal.

2. Identified the PRA statement in bold.

3. Removed the OMB Number 1220-0026 from the box at the top.

Attachment 8A (web repricing)

1. Corrected a typo on the Privacy and Security statement, changing “that” to “than”

2. Removed the OMB Number 1220-0026

3. Identified the PRA statement on the “Welcome to IPP” screen.

Attachment 9B (Excel Pricing)

(1) Added the Paperwork Reduction Act Statement to the form.
