The following listed below are revisions to the collection:

The original CSR form was revised to address security relating to the highway modes – school bus, trucking (general freight and Hazmat), motor coach, State DOTs, and State Departments of Education, and Infrastructure.  It was revised to capture specific information related to each one of the aforementioned entities within the highway and motor carrier industry, rather than a general form addressing all modes of surface transportation
