Distribution: Original to Ginnie Mae attached to Schedule of Subscribers and Ginnie Mae Guaranty Agreement, form HUD 11705, at least 3 business days prior to anticipated delivery date of securities. One copy to issuer. Document custodian retains one copy. Form must be submitted prior to each issuance of securities.
