As discussed at a meeting in July, we will use this ICR for the Social Innovation Fund, Volunteer Generation Fund, and Non-profit Capacity Building Fund specified in the Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act. The strict character limits in the existing ICR have been determined to be too restrictive for the purposes of these new competitions and so the following sentence has been removed from the ICR:

Your narrative can be no longer than 25,000 characters (approximately 8 pages), single spaced in a font no smaller than 12 point Times Roman, with one inch margins. The character count includes all letters, punctuation, and spaces in a document. 

The ICR is identical to the approved collection except for this change. The burden remains the same.
