NON-SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION COLLECTION 3060-0010
The Federal Communication Commission is seeking a non-substantive change request for information collection 3060-0010, FCC Form 323. When the Commission received OMB approval for the information collection on October 19, 2009, Form 323 had a typo on it. Specially, Question 5 of Section 1 reads as follows:
The date entered must (1) be no earlier than Oct. 1 of the filing year when filing a Biennial Ownership Report (and no earlier than Nov. 1, 2009 in the case of the initial filing); or (2) be no more than 60 days prior to the date of filing when filing a non-biennial Ownership Report. (language with typo)
The correct sentence should read:
The date entered must (1) be Oct. 1 of the filing year when filing a Biennial Ownership Report (or Nov. 1, 2009 in the case of the initial filing); or (2) be no more than 60 days prior to the date of filing when filing a non-biennial Ownership Report. (see page #4 of the instructions for the updated language)
Correcting this typo does not affect the burden hours or cost burden. They remain the same and all other items on Form 323 remain the same.
