As you know, white papers have been requested as part of the process TIP uses to identify potential areas of Critical National Need (CNN) for use in defining future competitions and to shape TIP’s collaborative outreach efforts. Input from these white papers, along with input from NIST, TIP’s Advisory Board, other government agencies, and other stakeholders, is now being assessed by TIP’s competition planning teams. Assessment reports will then be prepared for each proposed CNN and submitted to the TIP Director for final selection.
