Dear HIV Rapid Testing MPEP Participant,

Purpose:

The purpose of this email is to give you a reminder about the submission of results for the September 2009 HIV Rapid Testing MPEP sample survey shipment.

Deadline:

The shipment was sent September 22, 2009, and the deadline for submission of results is October 26, 2009. As of today, September 15th, the MPEP has not received results from your site for the current HIV Rapid Testing sample survey.  

If you have already submitted your results, please reply to this email, so that we may verify that your results have been received.
