“Hi. Thanks for visiting this National Wildlife Refuge. How is your visit going so far? We would like your input on how satisfied you are with your visit and what this Refuge has to offer. We’d like you to participate in a survey after you are home from your trip so that we don’t further interrupt your Refuge visit. Would you be willing to participate?”
If Yes…..
“Thank you very much. We really appreciate your input. Please let me record your name and address and we will send you instructions for the survey in about a week. Do you think you would you prefer to complete the survey on the Internet or on paper? OK, great. Thank you for taking the time to participate. Please take this as a small token of our appreciation. I hope you enjoy the rest of your visit.”
