Other change** The purpose of this change sheet is to request an amendment to the currently approved information collection, 2008/09 Baccalaureate and Beyond Longitudinal Study (B&B:08/09), OMB # 1850-0729 v.2. All proposed changes are explained and listed in the attached memo. As compared to what was initially estimated for the full scale collection, B&B:08/09 is showing a decrease in total burden hours due to decrease in the expected sample size resulting from lower number of students being confirmed in the NPSAS:08 base year study as completing bachelor’s degree requirements during the 2007-08 academic year, a corresponding increase in eligibility rate from 90 to 99 percent, a decrease in expected response rate from 90 to 86 percent, and a decrease in the expected to provide a response during the student interview from average of 30 to 25 minutes per response.
