I, the undersigned, hereby certify to USDA and to the Idaho-Eastern Oregon Onion Committee that this report
represents all onions that have been peeled, chopped, or sliced for the fresh market by our firm for the date specified.
Falsification of information on this government document may result in a fine of not more than $10,000 or
imprisonment of not more than five (5) years, or both (18 U.S.C. 1001).
