The infonnation on this fonn is to be used by the Raisin Administrative Committee and the Secretary of
Agriculture in detennining whether the party is a producer under the Federal Marketing Order in
accordance with §989.11 which defines a producer as any person engaged in a proprietary capacity in
the production of grapes which are sun-dried or are dehydrated by artificial means until they become
raisins. The producer has the right to be a member of the Raisin Administrative Committee and to vote
for nominees. The producer of record as reported by the handler, may not always be the producer of the
grapes as defined by the Order, if the producer sold his grapes "green" and they were later made into

The following statements are made in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974 (U.S.C. 552a) and the Paperworll:Reduction Act of 1995. The
authority forrequesting this information to be supplied on this form is the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of1937, Secs. 1-19,48 Stat. 31,
as amended, (7 U.S.C. 601-674). Furnishing the requested information is necessary for the administration of the marketing order program.
According to the Paperworll:Reduction Act of1995, an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a
