This memo addresses the Terms of Clearance for the current OMB approval of the National Cross-Site Assessment of Addiction Technology Transfer Centers (ATTC) Network (OMB No. 0930-0216) conducted by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Center for Substance Abuse Treatment.
The Notice of Action for the most recent approval of the National Cross-Site Assessment of the Addiction Technology Transfer Centers Network required SAMHSA to conduct additional analyses of individuals who agree to participate in the follow-up studies, as compared with those who do not.
A report on SAMHSA’s analyses is attached. The analyses show that there are no meaningful differences between ATTC participants who responded to the follow-up survey and those who did not.
