Justification;

As per discussion with OMB in a February 19, 2010 conference and subsequent

Notice of Approval (“Terms of Clearance” instructions), OMB Number 0910-0656,

FDA is submitting a final draft of the screenshots data collection instrument revised as

per agreement during this call. The survey instrument is being submitted to OMB for

approval as a non-substantive change before implementing the full study.
