Justification for Non-Substantive Change, 1205-0371
To clarify guidance recently published in the Change 2 TEGL for the employer community, ETA has developed a clarification to be inserted into the Change 2 TEGL and issued as a Change 3. Concurrently ETA has also changed the instructions to the Self Attestation Form. There are no changes beyond this clarification. The paragraph added in the draft Change 3 TEGL is highlighted in yellow and bolded. Additionally, two other words are highlighted in the TEGL: “disadvantaged” is changed to “disconnected” for consistency. They are no substantive changes.
