The burden increased due to the revised interpretation of OMB PRA reporting, requiring the inclusion of NEISS. NEISS is not a new activity and has been in existence since 1971. NEISS has been the core data system of CPSC's Directorate for Epidemiology since CPSC was established in 1973. Estimates of burden for this submission are based on actual FY 2008 data.
