Licensees of conventional systems must notify the Commissionn in accordance with 47 CFR 1.946 of the Commission's rules of the number of mobile units placed in operation within their construction period. Licensees of conventional systems must report the number of mobile units placed in operation within twelve months of the date of the grant of their license. Such reports shall be filed within 30 days from that date.
