Non-substantive Change Request

NON-SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION COLLECTION 3060-1014

The Federal Communication Commission is seeking a non-substantive change request for information collection 3060-1014 to include 47 CFR 25.146(g) in the supporting statement. In our previous submission to OMB, the Commission inadvertently did not include Section 25.146(g) in the supporting statement. The Office of Budget and Management (OMB) approved the information collection requirements contained in Section 25.146(g) in 2003. With this non-substantive change request, the Commission wants to make OMB aware that Section 25.146(g) is apart of collection 3060-1014. The supporting statement has been updated accordingly.
