We are requesting approval of a change to Information Collection Request (ICR) 1513-0116, to add a regulatory section to the Supporting Statement and the copy of the Laws and Regulations that were included in our last submission of this ICR package.  The section that we wish to add is 27 CFR 17.144 “Bond for monthly claims.”  This section was inadvertently left out of this ICR.  The addition of this section will not affect the burden hours because 27 CFR 17.101 “General,” a section that is included under this ICR, already requires that this bond be submitted if anyone wants to file monthly claims, and the bond form, TTB F 5154.3, is also required to be submitted in 27 CFR 17.101 so no additional burden is being placed on the public with the inclusion of this section.  We are therefore requesting approval to add regulatory section 27 CFR 17.144 to 1513-0116.
