Under the Native American-serving Nontribal Institutions (NASNTI) program (OMB 1840----)
The Office of Postsecondary Education requests that you submit for Departmental and OMB approval, the application package for grants under the NASNTI program. The application package will be used to collect information to be used during the competitive cycle of the program as required by the program’s legislation. The NASNTI package is being updated with the changes necessitated by the passage of the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA).
The revised information collection will also be more closely adaptable to the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) performance measure results, as required by law. The attached Form OMB 83-1 and supporting documents are being submitted as required.
