Grantees who receive ARRA funding for
projects must report on the status and progress of their projects
and activities with respect to compliance with the National
Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) requirements and documentation. HUD
will consolidate and transmit the information received from
grantees to the Council on Environmental Quality and OMB for the
Administration's reports to the House and Senate committees
designated in the legislation.

requirement to report on status of federal environment compliance
review requirements for all U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development ARRA funded activities. The use of normal clearance
procedures is reasonably likely to prevent or disrupt the
collection of information or is reasonably likely to cause a
statutory deadline to be missed.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
