1. The following changes have been made to DOJ-361:

1. Under the section entitled “Privacy Act Statement,” the third line has been changed from “Failure to furnish this information will result in no action being taken on the request.” to “Requests will not be processed if this information is not furnished.”

2. Under the section entitled “Privacy Act Statement,” in the second paragraph discussing public reporting burden, line two, “Director, Facilities and Administrative Services Staff, Justice Management Division, U.S. Department of Justice, Washington, DC 20530” has been deleted.

3. In footnote 1, “record” was changed to “record(s).”

4. In footnote 2, “Alien” was lowercased to “alien.”
