Other change: (1) revisions to the due dates for the data submissions (on page 1 of each form); and (2) elimination of the second version of the forms for 1820-0557 which allowed states to report based on 5 race/ ethnicity categories as well as any language that refers to the 5 race/ ethnicity version of the forms. We have eliminated the 5 race/ ethnicity version of the forms in order to comply with the new regulations that require states to submit data via 7 race/ ethnicity categories by the 2010-11 reference year.
