The following listed below are revisions to the collection:

• There are no changes to the collection of information for this collection. There is a minor decrease in the burden due to the decrease in airlines.

• There has been a correction in the public cost burden from what the previously approved information collection request. The annual cost burden submitted in 2007 was indicated as $10,702.00, thus implying that the annual cost per respondent was $93.00 via ROCIS. However, notice to the public (Federal Register Notice published on May 9, 2007 @ 72 FR 26417) did reflect the annual burden cost per respondent to be $104.06. By correcting this annual burden cost in this current information collection request it shows an increase of $19,875.00. If no correction would have been needed there would be no increase in the burden cost associated with this collection. It would actually demonstrate that there has been a decrease of $520.30 to the annual cost per respondent. This would then be consistent with the decrease in respondents.
