This data is being collected to conduct a detailed process evaluation of the Weatherization Assistance Program at the local level. The data you supply will be used to characterize local agency weatherization activities in Program Year 2008.
Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average sixteen hours per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information.
