This collection of information is mandatory (23 CFR Part 192; 23 U.S.C. § 159) and will be used to determine if a State meets the requirements of 23 U.S.C. § 159, which
requires States to enact and enforce a law that suspends or revokes the driver's license of drug offenders. Public reporting burden is estimated to average 5 hours per
response, including the time for reviewing instructions searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the
collection of information. Please note that an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a
currently valid OMB control number. The OMB control number for this collection is 2125-0579. Send comments regarding this burden estimate or any other aspect of this

or that he or she is opposed to the enactment or enforcement of a law that conforms and that the State legislature has adopted a
resolution expressing its opposition to such a law. The Governor must sign and date the appropriate section of this form indicating that
the State does or does not meet the requirements.
