DHDSP Newsletters: Assessing Usage, Usefulness and Access
ADVANCE/INTRODUCTORY NOTICE E-MAIL
The Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention (DHDSP) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) would like to invite you to participate in a voluntary, web-based survey to gather your feedback and opinions on three newsletters: “In the News,” “Salt in the News” and “Salt e-Update”. This survey will help the DHDSP assess the usage and usefulness of content covered within these three newsletters. You have been chosen to participate in this survey because you receive one or more of these newsletters. You will receive an e-mail in approximately one week inviting you to respond to this survey through SurveyMonkey. Responses will not be identifiable, and will only be used for the improvement of the newsletter content and distribution.
