DHDSP Newsletters: Assessing Usage, Usefulness and Access
Invitational E-mail with Survey Link
The Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention (DHDSP) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) would like to invite you to participate in a voluntary, web-based survey to gather your feedback and opinions on three newsletters: “In the News”, “Salt in the News” and “Salt e-Update” that are distributed to multiple partners and grantees. This survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
