The Division for Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention would like to invite you to participate in a web based survey about your experiences with the Institute of Medicine (IOM) report “Public Health Priorities to Reduce and Control Hypertension in the U.S. Population” published in February 2010.
