“THIS SPENDING IS WASTEFUL. THE TAXPAYERS HAVE PAID BILLIONS AFTER BILLIONS ALREADY FOR "INTERVIEWS". WE DONT NEED ANY MORE NTERVIEWS. EVERYBODY LIVING KNOWS AIDS IS A PROBLEM. WE NEED TO TONE DOWN OUR SPENDING ON THIS ISSUE WHICH IS ALRELADY WELL KNOWN. THESE PEOPLE IN THE BUREAUCRACY WANT THE BILLIONS TO GO ON FOREVER. IT SHOULD NOT. B.
