SUBJECT: SAMHSA Agency-Wide Strategic Communications Plan Key Informant Interviews (OMB No. 0930-0196)
The attached materials are provided in support of our request for approval of a customer satisfaction feedback survey under SAMHSA’s generic approval for “Pretesting of Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment and Mental Health Services Communications Messages.”
This is the 4th submission under that approval and will impose an estimated annual average total burden of 22 hours, which would bring the total currently approved burden under this clearance to 7,099 hours. (The previous used hours were 258-1st, 1,808-2nd, and 125-3rd). The currently approved total burden hours in the OMB inventory for the Message Pretesting (OMB No. 0930-0196) is 9,290.
