(Pub. L. 109–58). This form provides a
means for the eligible manufacturer/
taxpayer to compute the amount of, and
claim, the credit.

ACTION:

The Department of the
Treasury, as part of its continuing effort
to reduce paperwork and respondent
burden, invites the general public and
other Federal agencies to take this
opportunity to comment on proposed
and/or continuing information
collections, as required by the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995,
Public Law 104–13 (44 U.S.C.
3506(c)(2)(A)). Currently, the Terrorism
Risk Insurance Program Office is
seeking comments regarding forms on
Program Loss Reporting.
DATES: Written comments should be

2010 to be assured of consideration.

CFR part 50, subpart F (Sec. 50.50–
50.55) Treasury established
requirements and procedures for
insurers that file claims for payment of
the Federal share of compensation for
insured losses resulting from a certified
act of terrorism under the Act. Insurers
are required to submit an Initial Notice
of Insured Loss on Form TRIP–01 and
Initial and Supplementary Certifications
of Loss on Form TRIP–02.
