Page 5, Petitioners Residing Abroad

A completed Form FD-258, Applicant Fingerprint Card, is required for each individual requiring biometrics. The fingerprint card must be prepared by a U.S. Embassy or consulate, USCIS office, or a U.S. military installation abroad. For additional information on obtaining fingerprints when filing outside the United States, consult the nearest U.S. Embassy or consulate or USCIS overseas office.
