You may submit Form I-131 either alone or concurrently with Form I-485. If you are filing form I-131 concurrently with form I-485, file it according to the filing instructions for Form I-485.

You may submit Form I-131 either alone or together with Form I-485. If you are filing form I-131 together with form I-485, file it according to the filing instructions for Form I-485.

Under EAC or SRC, the NOTE is currently under the Dallas LB PO Box address and cuts the address block in half.

Move the NOTE in the EAC or SRC block to be after the street address for the Dallas Lockbox, at the bottom of that cell, but before the block of addresses for the Phoenix Lockbox.


Page 8, What is the Filing Fee?


The fee for this application is $305 and may not be waived. (See NOTE that follows for when this fee may not apply.) The biometric fee is $80 for applicants ages 14 through 79 who request a Refugee Travel Document or Reentry Permit, unless the applicant resides outside the United States at the time of filing his or her form….The application fee and biometrics services fee may be paid with one $385 check. Persons financially unable to pay the required biometric services fee may submit a fee waiver request with supporting documentation, as described in ….USCIS will inform you regarding the approval or denial or your fee waiver request.


NOTE: If you filed Form I-485 on or after July 30, 2007, and you paid the I-485 application fee required, then no fee is required to file a request for Advance Parole or for a Refugee Travel Document on Form I-131…..


Page 8, What is the Filing Fee?


The fee for Advance Parole and any other travel document is $360. (See below for when this fee may not apply.)


The biometric fee is $85 for applicants ages 14 through 79 who request a Refugee Travel Document or Reentry Permit.


The application fee and biometrics services fee may be paid with one $445 check.


The fee for a Refugee Travel Document for an adult (age 16 or older), is $135. The fee for a

child (under the age of 16 years) is $105.


The fee for an Application for Travel Document may be waived based on inability to pay when based on Humanitarian Parole. See 8 CFR 103.7(b)(l)(i)(M).


Persons financially unable to pay the required biometric services fee may submit a fee waiver request with supporting documentation, as described in 8 CFR 103.7(c). USCIS will inform you regarding the approval or denial or your fee waiver request.


NOTE: If you filed Form I-485 on or after July 30, 2007, and you paid the I-485 application fee required, then no fee is required to file a request for Advance Parole or for a Refugee Travel Document on Form I-131…..

If you are filing Form I-131 based on a category not previously mentioned, then file your Form I-131 with either the USCIS Phoenix Lockbox or Dallas Lockbox facility, based on where you live. See chart below.

If you are filing Form I-131 based on a pending Form I-485, include a copy of the I-797C, Notice of Action, which shows your Form I-485 was accepted.
