Operations Order Overview | ||||||||||||||
As part of the FY 2009 OPSG application process, each eligible local unit of government or Federally-recognized tribal government must develop their Operations Order in coordination with State and Federal law enforcement agencies, to include, but not limited to CBP/BP. Operations Orders that are developed at the county level should be inclusive of city, county, tribal, and other local law enforcement agencies that are eligible to participate in OPSG operational activities, and the Operations Orders should address this in the Executive Summary. Eligible applicants must ensure that the Operations Order is consistent with all applicable requirements outlined in the FY 2009 OPSG Guidance and Application Kit. | ||||||||||||||
Operations Order Formatting Requirements | ||||||||||||||
In an effort to streamline the application review process, each applicant is required to adhere to the following formatting requirements: | ||||||||||||||
1) | Be created and submitted in Microsoft Word (*.doc); and | |||||||||||||
2) | Not exceed 25 pages in length with the emphasis on the Executive Summary, Mission, and Budget. | |||||||||||||
