Classification of Small Entities

Between 2006 and 2009, 49 parent firms submitted Child Resistant Packaging applications to the Agency. Using information on company revenue and employment from the Dun and Bradstreet 2009 database¹, EPA determined that 27 of the submitting companies were large and 21 were small. EPA was unable to size one company. The table below lists small entities that submitted CRP applications between 2006 and 2009. Companies are listed at the parent level. The table includes company NAICS code, annual sales, employment, US Small Business Administration (SBA) small business definition, and SBA size threshold.
