The United States International Trade Commission (USITC) was asked by the Senate Committee on Finance to quantify the effects of intellectual property rights infringement in China on the U.S. economy and jobs on a sectoral basis. Your firm was identified as an important member of IP sensitive industry.


In the next few days you will receive a letter requesting that your firm complete a mandatory questionnaire related to this investigation (USITC Investigation No. 332-519). Your response to the questionnaire will provide policymakers with valuable information. All individual responses will be kept strictly confidential.


The questionnaire will be due back to the USITC by [DATE].
