Your cooperation in completing this report will be of value to you and other hatcheries. This is important because sales of replacement pullets indicate the potential number of pullets available for addition to hatchery supply flocks several months before they actually move to the flocks.


This survey is voluntary. Individual reports are combined to estimate U. S. chicks hatched with the intention of being placed in the hatchery supply flock. Information from individual reports is kept strictly confidential. Please fax to the number above or mail your report in the enclosed postage paid envelope. Thank you.
