  1. EMR/EHR Mail Survey


● The following questions will be deleted from the 2010 question 19 table. These questions were only applicable if a practice had the computerized capability for clinical notes:

If yes, do they include a list of medications that the patient is taking?

● Five diagnostic tests will be added to the NAMCS-1 induction interview for 2011. If applicable, up to four physician offices will be asked if the following tests can be performed on location:

-EKG/ECG

-Lab testing

-Spirometry

-Ultrasound

-X-Ray

The response categories for these tests will include (1) Yes, (2) No, and (3) Don’t know.
