1513-0007 JUSTIFICATION TTB F 5130.9

We are proposing changes to these forms to correct errors and to make minor corrections. These changes will not change the burden hours.

In TTB F 5130.9 we are:

1. Correcting telephone number in instruction 1,

2. Deleting last 4 digit of the ZIP Code in instruction 2, and

3. Inserting “or more” between “10,000” and “barrels” in the 2^nd line of instruction 4.

In TTB F 5130.26 we are:

1. Placing boxes in front of the months for “Quarterly Reporting for” and a line for the year after “Reporting Period (Enter Year)”,

2. Changing “Brewer’s” to “Brewpub” in the instruction above instruction 1,

3. Moving last sentence up to the end of the 3^rd line in instruction 8, and

4. Aligning text and bullets in instruction 10.

These changes will make it easier for the preparer to contact us and to understand and complete these forms.
