1513-0007 JUSTIFICATION TTB F 5130.26

We are requesting approval to make changes to this form to correct a previous addition to this form and to correct a word used to describe the items in the chart on page 1.

We are removing lines 1 and 19 from the chart on the 1^st page and renumbering the remaining lines. We are changing the word “rows” to “lines” and correcting the line numbers in the verbiage within the parenthesis on lines 8 and 17 of the revised form.

These changes will assist in correctly retrieving and recording data from this form.
